We want you to be fully satisfied with your Vitaly pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original jewelry pouches and branded boxes, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
